The spring on the garage door broke with one of the cars stuck inside. I called Crews and they were able to get someone out quickly. The spring was replaced and door back in working order within an hour of calling. Excellent service and very reasonable price.

I could only give 5 stars but received a 10 star job. Jordan did an excellent job and was out the same day I called. He repaired my garage door in 30 minutes and was courteous and answered all of my amateur questions the whole time he was here. Very ethical company. I had to hold my garage door button down the entire time for it to go down for several months. Finally cobbled together enough money to call and ask them to come out and look at it.When I called, Patrick tried walking me through the steps to fix it myself to save me the cost of sending one of their guys out. I then corresponds with Patrick and the owner several more times by email and they kindly suggested several other potential fixes - all to help and save me money. Finally, the last thing we tried worked!They didn’t have to do this. They went out of there way to help me and save me money at their own expense. Not sure how many companies would do this, especially with so many companies hurting do to COVID but they were really great.Highly recommend them.

Excellent garage door opener installers. Two Crews technicians replaced our 27-year old chain drive garage door opener with a new (much more quiet) belt drive opener. The entire install, start to finish, only took about 90 minutes. The techs were very knowledgeable and cleaned up when they left. The new opener works perfectly; we are very pleased.
