Crews customer service is polite, friendly and professional. Their tech showed up on time, introduced himself by name and with a handshake. He also was professional and friendly. Discovered the problem and promptly repaired the motor. Couldn't ask for better service.

Had a problem with my garage door remotes. The technician (I think his name was Brent) came out and reprogramed the remotes for me.. That is all I needed done. But he checked out the operation of the garage door and greased all moving parts and tighten all hinges.
He didn't have to do the "extra". I do appreciate that he went above and beyond of just getting the remotes to work. GOOD JOB!!
