They were very professional, the price was very fair and did an excellent job fixing my garage door. A year later I accidentally broke my garage door when I tried to open it without releasing the door latch. I was so panic and called Crews garage door. All techs were booked up that day unfortunately I could not close the garage door. I was crying and Alexis tried to help me close the door over the phone but the door was too heavy for me. She sent her father who is the president of the company over to help me out. It took him over 1 1/2 hrs to get to my house and another hour trying to close it since it was a 2 car garage door. I couldn’t believe they went out of their way to help me since I just started using them for the first time. If you were a long time customer, I can understand it. Alexis drove over the next day to measure my door so she could order the new part for me. I was so grateful for what they had done for me so I could close my garage door and felt safe.
